Learn about our Human Resources staff in this month’s Staff Spotlight!

 Jillian Piccuito – Human Resources Director

Jillian Piccuito joined FMC as our Director of Human Resources in 2015.  In her role, Jillian provides leadership, management and supervision in the day to day operation of the Human Resources Department for our headquarters and all of our 23 facilities.  Jillian long knew she had a passion for the HR function, obtaining her Master’s Degree in HR Management and having worked in the field for the last 15 years both as an employee and consultant.  And while it may seem crazy, she truly looks forward to starting the week each Monday morning because of the people she gets to see and speak to through her work.  In her personal life Jillian loves spending time with her large family, including her husband, daughter, and two cats.  If she ever leaves the HR profession it will be to pursue a career as a triple threat: singer, dancer and party enthusiast.

Sharilyn Hepburn – HR Specialist

Sharilyn Hepburn joined the Human Resources Department of FMC in 2011. Her responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding of employees for all FMC locations. When Sharilyn is not in the office she enjoys playing flugel horn in a brass band, playing piano, singing karaoke, cooking, watching sports and spending time with her son.
