Rink schedules and information are available on each rink's page. Use the 'Rink Finder' to locate your rink, then navigate to the rink's page to view the schedule, amenities, events, rentals, and more.

Rental ice is available at all locations. You can either book online or complete an an ice rental inquiry if you're not seeing what you're looking for through online booking.

FMC Ice Sports General Program Information & Policies

*Note: if you are participating in a non-FMC program (i.e. a Private Ice-Rental), the group running the program may have different policies specific to that program. Please confirm with your group organizer if there are any questions.

Programs available at your local rink can be found by hitting the Programs button on your rink's page. You can view and register for all open programs on our Halix Registration Platform.

Credit, Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Credits/Refunds/Transfers are not guaranteed for any reason or circumstance. This includes personal participant situations, injuries, weather events and unforeseen circumstances sustained by the facility.
  • Credit/Refund requests require the online form to be submitted (link below). Transfer Requests should be made by contacting the appropriate Program Director. Please do not make requests through Customer Care or Accounting.
  • Requests may take 2-5 weeks to undergo approval and processing.
  • The online request credit / refund request form will not be met with a response or confirmation. Should you wish to discuss your request, please reach out to the appropriate Program Director. Email is preferred.
  • Requests for medical reasons should be accompanied by a doctor's medical note. Be advised these are also not guaranteed and the approval process / fees still apply. Credits and/or refunds will not be given for COVID related absences.
  • Requests will not be approved after the conclusion of a program or for incomplete form submissions. Be sure to upload your receipt or proof of purchase.

    • All on ice participants are subject to the Skater's Responsibility Code
    • We do not keep a Lost & Found
    • Rental skates are first-come, first-serve
    • The most up to date and accurate information for public skating and FMC run programs is available online
    • Private lessons are not allowed on FMC public skate sessions under any circumstances
    • Team Rooms must be signed out by an adult by the Facility Operator
