New Scheduling Software

FMC Ice Sports will be switching to the Halix (https://halix.io/pages/home) scheduling platform to take advantage of the all-in-one approach with a full circle platform to include program registration and arena Point of Sale systems. This will allow our customers to seamlessly work within the different categories of our business. Additional information is below:

For ice rental customers that need to execute an ice reservation agreement:

The process is very similar to our previous software but you will see additional benefits to the new system.

• FMC will send an email notifying you that you have a "document available for review" (please be sure to add notifications@halix.io to your safe senders list).
• Within that email you will be prompted to click a link to Login / Create Account.
  • Account creation is simple! Just enter the fields in the pop-up window and verify your email using the code sent to it from the automated system and you're logged in!
• Once you log in, click on the "Ice Rental Customers" link in the top navigation menu and click "Review & Sign" to access your ice rental agreement.
  • From the next screen you are able to download your schedule as a PDF or an Excel file for your records, as well as print a hard copy from the PDF export.
• After reviewing your times, you will enter your initials in the bottom left of the next screen to complete the signature.

Once this process is completed, your completed documents will be accessible to you in the "Completed Documents" section at any point during your current session or after logging back into the software. Changes will not be displayed in the document but will be communicated to you as has been done in the past.
