Since the program began in 1993, FMC has proudly awarded over $500,000 in scholarships to more than 450 high school graduates pursuing higher education. Scholarship recipients are selected by a review committee based on academic achievement, community involvement, extracurricular activities, leadership, and accomplishments on the ice.
The FMC Skaters Scholarship reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting New England families both on the ice and in the classroom. By keeping participation affordable, offering quality programs, and helping to ease the cost of college, we aim to empower young skaters to reach their fullest potential.
📢 Applications will be available for the 2026 FMC Skaters Scholarship in early 2026!
The scholarship is available to high school seniors who are New England residents and skate at FMC arenas. Scholarships are awarded annually in June to hockey players, figure skaters, and recreational skaters alike.
Congratulations once again to the Class of 2025 recipients—we can’t wait to see all you accomplish in the years ahead!
