Rental Skate Inventory Form

Please provide a complete and accurate inventory of the number of usable rental skates you have on hand that are in rotation (do not include damaged skates that are beyond repair). In the next column, record the number of skates that are beyond repair and should be removed from the current inventory. In the final column, based on the arena’s public skating attendance and program enrollment, provide the number of skates you need in order to complete your rental skate inventory. Do not request in excess in an effort to obtain new rental skates.
