Credit, Refund & Transfer Policy
Credits / Refunds / Transfers are not guaranteed and makeups are not permitted for any reason or circumstance. This includes personal participant situations, injuries, weather events and unforeseen circumstances sustained by the facility.
Credit/Refund requests require the online form to be submitted (link below).
Transfer Requests should be made by contacting the appropriate Program Director.
Please do not make requests through Customer Care or Accounting.
Requests may take 2-5 weeks to undergo approval and processing.
The online request credit / refund request form will not be met with a response or confirmation. Should you wish to discuss your request, please reach out to the appropriate Program Director. Email is preferred.
Requests for medical reasons should be accompanied by a doctor’s medical note. Be advised these are also not guaranteed and the approval process / fees still apply.
Requests will not be approved after the conclusion of a program or for incomplete form submissions. Be sure to upload your receipt or proof of purchase.
