Maintaining proper fitness off the ice is crucial to a skater’s success on the ice. This class will use simple strengthening equipment and body-weight exercises to increase strength in the core, arms, and legs, as well as improve balance and posture. This training will benefit the skater’s presentation, jumping power, movement patterns and spins.

Product Description

All skaters should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to their class start time
Skaters should wear warm, comfortable layers that allow for movement or sport-specific attire
Rental skates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are included in the class fee
Skaters should consider purchasing their own skates; please contact Instructors or Program Directors for more information and recommendations on purchases

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to approval and a $20 processing fee; full refunds, less the processing fee, may be given if requested prior to first day of classes or with a doctor’s medical note; after the first day of classes has passed, only partial refunds will be considered
