We’ve simplified our Learn to Skate and Learn to Play progressions to make it easier than ever to find the right level for you! See the chart below for our new levels, with our previous level equivalents listed below each step.
New skaters will join us at Step 1 and be introduced to the ice in a fun and comfortable learning environment.
From there, they’ll make their way to Step 2, where they’ll learn basic movement, balance and coordination.
At Step 3, the fun and challenge of more advanced elements awaits!
Want to learn to play hockey? Get in the game with Bruins FUNdamentals!
After Step 1, skaters will advanced to Bruins FUNdamentals: Intro to Hockey, where they are guided through their very first hockey experience and begin to learn fundamental skills.
From there, they’ll move forward to Bruins FUNdamentals: Advanced, where skaters will work on advanced hockey skills, and are introduced to teamwork, strategy and game situations through small-area games.
Want more hockey? Leagues, tournaments, clinics and Total Skills & Power Skating are offered all year long!
